We collect information you provide directly — name, email address, phone number, and any project details submitted via our contact form or during onboarding. Our hosting infrastructure may log standard server data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and diagnostics.
Contact information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver agreed services, and send project-related updates. We do not use your data for marketing unless you have explicitly opted in. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security purposes.
We use Resend for transactional email delivery. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. Subcontractors engaged on a project may receive project-relevant information under confidentiality obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.
